1. Are you shoes authentic?

All items are made from high quality material or money back.Please understand that shoes are shipped directly from third party warehouses. We make every attempt to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses,however if in case you think the shoes you received may not be authentic, we simply ask that you return them to us UNWORN for a full refund minus the restocking fee of $10/pair.( In order to maintain our lowest price, you are responsible for any international return shipping fee.)

2. How can I place the order? 

When you have the order from our site, please email to mike@onlymart.com , tell us about the item #, size, order quantity, your shipping address, and payment methods. If you want to use paypal as payment, please tell us your paypal email address, then we will go to send you the paypal money request, you can do the payment after you get it.

3. I dont have the paypal account, can I shop without paypal?What other payment methods will you accept?

Currently we accept payment via PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, and T/T bank transfer.

4. Do I need to pay any custom/import taxes when the item arrived?

We will mark the item value at a lower amount and ship it as a gift to avoid custom duties. However, we have no control over actions taken by any custom department.

5. Does OnlyMart.com accept wholesale order or dropship?

Yes, OnlyMart.com do wholesale and dropship order, you can contact us by email to: mike@onlymart.com .

6. What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarentee. Before returning a merchandise to OnlyMart, a customers MUST contact us within 10 days after reception. Additionally, in the event that the mistake was due to customer negligence, the merchandise must be returned in the ORIGINAL  condition to us at YOUR expense within 10 days for the date of delivery. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking # from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without a Return Number unfortunately, will not be honored. All refunds are made in the full amount minus 20$ restocking fee/per pair(To cover our shipping spending). Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. For Exchange, before sending the merchandise to us, a customer MUST contact us within 10 days after reception.Everything must be in the ORIGINAL condition and we are NOT responsible for any returning shipping cost and all exchanges are subjective of a restocking fee of $20.

7. How long will shipping take?

All items will be shipped within 24-48 hour?

so after we got the payment, usually shipment will take 5-7 business days to USA, but sometime will be short.

8. Can I order an item which does not exist in your store?

Yes, customers can contact us for any request.

9. Which shipping company do you carry?

We use EMS(USPS) door to door courier services.

10. Can I pay with Credit Card?

Yes, you can pay with a credit card through paypal, unfortunately we dont accept direct credit card payment.

11. Do you have gift vouchers?

If you would like to purchase something for someone else you can pay the amount first and allow them to choose when they are ready.

12. What if I dont receive my package in the stated time period?

If you havent received your package within the stated time period please contact us immediately.

13. Do you accept COD?

Unfortunately we only accept upfront payments.

14. Do you have the style I want in another color?

The styles and colors we have available are listed in the item descriptions.

15. Do you sell womens or kid shoes?

Yes, we also stock women and kid shoes.

16. Is OnlyMart.com legit?

Yes, we run a reputable business that relies on repeat business, you can rest assure that all purchases with us are safe.

17. I make a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?

If you have made a mistake on your order, please email us immediately. The email must be received within 2 hours of ordering in order for us to correct the mistake.

18. Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately for retail sales we dont accept custom orders, however if you are after wholesale we are happy to accomodate custom orders where possible.

19. Where are the shoes being shipped from?

Our shoes are shipped directly from the factory outside the United States.

20. What if I get the shoes and they dont fit?

We use standard US size, so please check your size correctly before ordering, unfortunately we can not be held responsible for customer errors.

21. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship to any nation.

22. When do I get my tracking number?

As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. Remember, we will not receive this information until your order has arrived within your continent, so if you are located in the United Kingdom, we may not receive it until 2-3 days AFTER your order has been processed. Please be patient.

23. I wasnt home at the time my order reached and the item have been returned to sender.

In the case of this, we will resend the product but unfortunately we must charge a $20 service cost to cover the shipping fees. This is also the case if the address provided was not correct.
